- Business/commercial delivery addresses (does not apply to home based businesses)
- Mon-Fri business hours delivery
Shipping Surcharges (Residential, goods under $500, & bulk orders)
- $80 for residential deliveries, (home based businesses are classed as residential. Must be home to receive or a $25 re-delivery fee applies)
- $50 for items purchased under $500 value and individual system components
- Bulk, large volume commercial orders (POA)

Due to the larger size of the majority of our cartons, residential deliveries with couriers are no longer viable and residential surcharges are charged by couriers on items greater than 0.12 cubic metres.
Most of our Car Exhaust shipments are larger than 0.12 cubic weight or 30kg dimensionally charged weight. For this reason we suggest you nominate a business address or the address of your local exhaust mechanic or exhaust workshop that will fit the item for you. Freight of your complete Exhaust system will then be free to any Australian Captial city location, as it is a business delivery location.
Delivery Timeframes
- Local in-stock orders are usually shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If you have not received an order or contact from us within 10 days, please get in touch at: sales@exhaustfactory.com.au or 03 9350 7111
- Stock that is ex-Austria can take 2-3 weeks to arrive in Australia via airfreight and clear customs.
- Arrival at your address is dependant on your location within Australia
Please note: Remus Australia uses various freight carriers to ship nationwide. We will provide you with local tracking once goods have landed in our warehouse, so you can see when your parcel will arrive at your nominated industrial address.
Aforementioned delivery timeframes do not include events such as: extreme weather, floods, bushfires and COVID restrictions locally and worldwide.
